Your life counts! Trinity III, Inc. is truly the place where you come first. For over 10 years, we have been dedicated to providing mental health/substance abuse services for youth and adolescents, ages 7 to 17, who are experiencing critical and vulnerable times in their lives. At Trinity III, we respect each individual and all of the factors that combine to make his or her situation unique, therefore we offer treatment services that keep the complete individual in mind.

When we welcome you into our high-quality residential services program, we are welcoming you into our Christian family and offering you professional treatment within a family-style home environment. Our three residential facilities are located inside the city limits of beautiful Shelby, North Carolina. It is here, in the safe and loving environment of our homes, that we practice team concepts of treatment and sanctity of the family unit whenever possible.
